Santa came last night! This Christmas has been so fun. Minus, of course, the tantrums and tears and fits from the kids, mainly Isaac (and, maybe a few tantrums from their mother...). But this morning made up for all of it!
Isaac came out and slept on the couch and didn't even realize that Santa had come, it wasn't until he woke up that he noticed that Debbie's Christmas was at his feet.

When Cosette finally noticed her stocking what did she notice first? Was it her awesome new baby doll with it's stroller, high chair, and bassinet? Oh no, she looked past all that and the first thing she noticed was the cheapo little Elmo books from the dollar store, "ELMO!!" She did notice the doll stuff eventually and she loves it.

Isaac enjoyed the TRIO blocks that he got from Santa and was content playing with them until he noticed the Thomas Train that Grandma Westerson got him. Santa just can't compete with Thomas.

Debbie got her talking doll house!! Thank you Grandma Westerson! And mom and dad got her some princess dress-ups. She's been so excited about them that she keeps rotating through them and changing dresses every 20-30 minutes.

I love the dollhouse because there are two sides so the girls can both play with it and they don't fight.
Cosette got a baby Elmo, she stole his pacifier and has been sucking on it all morning. We got some cool dress-ups from Grandma Rogers and this is the outfit Cosette came up with... Isaac's hat, Elmo's pacifier, new vest from Grandma Westerson, and Debbie's purse.
Overall, a wonderful, happy, exciting, love-filled Christmas!!
We sang hymns last night to remind us what Christmas is really about and then we sang "Happy Birthday to Jesus."
