Isaac is getting a lot better with his reading. He brought home Diary of a Wimpy Kid tonight and was excited to start reading it. He explained the book to us this way...
"My friend saw the movie and he said there are some bad words in the movie but there are no bad words in the book."
Then an hour or so later he comes out to get a bookmark from me and I asked him if he liked the book so far.
"Yeah, there were some bad words but I said them quietly."
Haha, he is too cute! How it kills me to know that someday he will lose that sweet innocence.
And while we're talking about funny things kids say...
Yesterday we had to drive down a steep hill that was a little bumpy and after going over one particularly 'roller coaster'ish section Cosette said, "Wow, even my bum got scared on that one!"
